An experience designed to allow interaction and learning between team members in a fun and supportive atmosphere. The course consists of a series of high and low elements that foster the development of self confidence, group trust, cohesiveness, and team work.

Our portable initiatives are designed to bring the aspects of the Challenge Course indoors. The activities focuses on the same group dynamics as their outdoor counterparts, however indoor activities are a great way to beat the heat and ensure a great event rain or shine!

Our interactive activities are designed to uncover and develop specific group needs such as communication, trust, goal setting, and more! Through experiential learning, these activities challenge participants to think “Outside the Box” and discover new solutions to the given task.

These “games” provide a stimulating environment to introduce common concepts and points of view. The activities help participants gain insight into the complexities of society, and illustrate how lack of understanding leads to misconceptions and counterproductive behavior.

Leadership On The Move has been involved in training and developing Challenge Course facilitators and managers since 1990. Our experience has helped individuals, camps, and facilities all over the nation ensure quality staff training and safe operating procedures.
