Training Levels
-
Level One – Facilitator / Practitioner
Upcoming Dates

Level I is the entry level of certification. It assumes little to no professional program delivery experience prior to initial training. This level is intended to introduce trainees to the core technical skills and competencies needed to safely facilitate a group. It is expected that the Level I facilitators be able to apply these skills routinely in familiar program delivery situations with supervision and support from more experienced and knowledgeable staff. -
Level Two – Lead Facilitator / Practitioner
Upcoming Dates

This level assumes a solid base of program delivery experience prior to taking a Level II training course. It is intended that Level II facilitators fully meet all of the staff competency of a Level I facilitator and possess additional specialized skills and increased knowledge which he/she can apply to solving most non-routine situations and providing leadership to less experienced and knowledgeable staff.
