Leadership Skills Development

Skills development! Its the initial foundation and the constant tune‐up that all leaders need! Our programs focus on taking people where they currently are, and helping them get to where they want to be. Like everything else that we offer the following programs are not lectures, but interactive discussions based upon experiential learning methods. Participants will not only walk away having had a great time, but will be armed with a plethora of new tools for their “leader belt.”

Leadership Dynamics

Leadership Dynamics is an interactive program based on the Five Leadership Characteristics from Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner. Through this program participants learn that its OK to challenge the process because leadership is an ever changing experience. Additionally, participants learn how enabling others to act empowers the team while producing extraordinary results which encourage the heart and help to motivate everyone. This program can be tackled all in one setting or broken up into five different workshops where the materials will be presented in both narrative and participative formats.

Leadership Style Discovery

Each individual has their own leadership style. With our Rainbow Leadership, you will not only know your leadership style, but you’ll learn to recognize the style of those around you. How much more efficiently will your group work together if they know the tasks each person is best at accomplishing? The time and frustration that can be saved by knowing each person’s “Color” is amazing! All groups have to work together, and after this workshop, participants will know how to work together to become more efficient and productive. (more info)

Eat That Frog!

You will never be able to do everything you want to do, but your ability to decipher the most important task at hand will have more of an impact on your success than any other skill you can develop. This interactive program focuses on prioritizing the important decisions you need to make each day. It teaches you to take on the biggest “frog” and devour it first. The workshop is based on the best selling book by Brian Tracy.

Board Governance

Board training can make a difference in how your board operations. It helps board members both new and old to determine their specific expectations for their organization, and understand proper governance and management techniques. By holding a board governance training, organizations can benefit from increased synergy which leads to more productivity.

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is an organization's process in defining its directions and future accomplishments. Using the Nominal Group Technique, your group will not only experience the process, but learn how to implement the process for any aspects of their future.
